Zachary Hagen
Zachary is the founder of Hagen Creative and lives in Minneapolis with his wife and three daughters. A Midwesterner at heart and a designer trained in New York City, he combines a strong work ethic with a sharp eye for brand-driven creative.
Megan Mattison
Project Manager
Megan Mattison
Megan keeps the wheels on at Hagen Creative. Based in Minneapolis, she helps wrangle projects, timelines, and all the tiny details that make big creative work actually happen. She also has a sharp eye for art direction, a growing design/editing skillset, and the kind of passport history that makes the rest of us feel boring.

Nelson Liu
Nelson is a Taiwan-born, Minneapolis-trained designer and illustrator. At Hagen Creative, he brings range, taste, and a distinct POV to projects. On the side, he creates metal band posters while trying not to blast screaming music in our workspace.

Director of VIdeo Production
Alex Samek
Alex has been with Hagen Creative since the early days, helping us grow from a small team into something that looks suspiciously like a real agency. He focuses on video production, editing, and motion graphics, and technically lives in Coeur d’Alene, Idaho—but with how much he travels for shoots, he may or may not actually live anywhere.
